• Information such as name and call sign, SKYWARN ID, county, state or group affiliation. You may have up four lines of information on your luggage tag.

After your purchase, please send an email to info@anythingweather.com with the subject line of "SKYWARN CARD INFO" with the following:

• Skywarn ID or call sign
• Address
